He is also a member of NABE's\n\ninaugural Certified Business Economist (CBE) class.\n\n\n\nMark is active in the community\, co-founding the Charlotte NABE chapter and serving as board chair for\n\nthe Foundation for the Charlotte Jewish Community. Mark also chaired the Economic Advisory Council\n\nfor the California Chamber of Commerce for several years and currently serves on the Joint Advisory\n\nBoard of Economists for the Commonwealth of Virginia.
