DESCRIPTION:Join us in celebrating with a Ribbon Cutting and the Grand Opening of Adair's Cajun Cooking.\n\n\n\nMichelle and George Adair are bringing their Cajun culture and amazing food to the mountains of WNC. They serve up chicken and sausage gumbo\, shrimp etoufee\, red beans and rice with or without sausage for their vegetarian friends and boudin!  They are no ordinary food truck George has created and will build a facility for women and children suffering with substance use and mental health disorder. His program consists of unity\, truth and unconditional love based upon his life's experiences and a vision that has been shown to him by God. The program will be designed to improve the quality of life in the greatest state of one's being. Michelle\, who has been a dog lover\, foster and rescuer since she was a child will open a senior dog sanctuary to provide a compassionate\, loving\, lifelong home where elderly dogs are cared for during their good days\, bad days\, and last days. Her vision is to help and assist the humans when the time comes to allow their furbaby to cross the rainbow bridge.   \n\n \n\nEvent starts at 11:00am with ribbon cutting taking place at 11:30.  Free gumbo will be served along with drinks from 11:00-1:00 pm. They would like to invite you and all of their customers to come to their food trailer and support them!\n\n\n\n\n All 2025 Ribbon Cuttings are sponsored by Duke Energy!
