The Stumps prioritize in- and out-of-season growing through covered hydroponics and greenhouse systems. Through urban farming over the past 8 years\, their belief in sustainable and hyper-local agriculture partnerships\, have created strong connections that show in their retail store and farm-to-fork eatery\, The Local Table.
