This new "custom" business success planning template\, based on industry best practices\, makes it easier and faster to create a success plan for 2023.\n\n \n\nHave a question about using the Success Planning Template or want to learn more about it\, the seminar helps local businesses face new challenges and have focuses in 2023 ranging from business: start-up\, growth\, and sustainability\, scaling-up\, turnaround\, succession\, or selling a business. \n\n \n\nYour instructor will show you how to open up the template and fill out each section to develop your plan. Many sections have a simple check the box system to create clarity and direction. In addition\, the Appendix is loaded with many practical success tips and strategies for marketing\, operations\, and finance. This seminar is designed for new and established business owners.\n\n \n\nWith a completed success plan\, you have the option to enter the 2023 Business Success Challenge\n\nContest. The contest began in January and runs through March.
