We will explore best practices for tree care\, focusing on how these can enhance tree health and reduce risk\, as well as how poor tree management can contribute to raising risk and decline.\n\nJason Llano is a Board Certified Master Arborist and the owner of Optimal Arboriculture. He holds both Tree Risk Assessment and Prescription Pruning Qualifications from the International Society of Arboriculture.
