DESCRIPTION:In this exciting week-long\, half-day summer theatre program\, young artists will work with a team of industry professionals to explore the genre of musical theatre. With a fun combination of training\, rehearsal\, and performance\, students will hone their skills in acting\, singing\, and dance\, applying these skills in an original musical revue presented at the end of the week for a small audience. This week is perfectly suited for imaginative students who love music and movement\, are excited to collaborate with peers and professionals\, and interested in expanding their theatre skill set. No previous experience required. Space is limited. \n \n\nDates: July 26 - 30\n\nTime: 9 AM - 12 PM \n\nTuition: $180*\n\nGrades: Rising 1st - 4th\n\nLocation: Flat Rock Rock Playhouse\n \n\n*Payment options \n \n\nTuition payments can be completed in full online. \n \n\nPartial payments may be made over the phone by calling the Box Office at (828) 693-0731. A $25 deposit is required to secure a student's spot in the class. Full payment must be completed before the first day of camp.\n \n\n?Students and families that register for more than one class are offered a $25 discount for each additional class. This offer applies to multiple classes for one student or family discounts for siblings. \n \n\nA small number of full and partial need-based scholarships are available upon application for every tuition-based program at Studio 52 through the Dave Hart Scholarship Fund.\n\n?\n\nApplications for Summer Camps are due by June 1.
