?Morning Boot Camp (ages 13+) Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at 7am

?? Tiny Tigers (Ages 3–5) (Monday & Wednesday at 4pm
Introduce your little ones to movement, focus, and fun with preschool-friendly kickboxing basics!

???? Kids Kickboxing (Ages 6–12) Monday & Wednesday at 5pm
High-energy classes that build confidence, coordination, and discipline in a supportive environment.

??? Israeli Krav Maga (Ages 13+) Monday and Wednesday at 6:30pm
Learn real-world self-defense in our action-packed Krav Maga sessions—perfect for teens and adults.

?? Muay Thai Kickboxing (Ages 13+) Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30pm
Boost your strength, stamina, and striking skills with authentic Muay Thai training.
