About Our Host
Born to Bend is home to a team of licensed therapists who bring both clinical expertise and deep personal care to their work. Our clinicians are trained in evidence-based approaches including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), trauma-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and solution-focused techniques. We work with individuals, couples, families, and groups.
