Women's Leadership Breakfast: Let's Celebrate!

As women in business - we have a lot of successes to celebrate, let's celebrate together! This breakfast organized by the ATHENA of Henderson County Award committee is a fantastic opportunity to explore your own development as a leader while encouraging future leaders to explore their potential! 

The program will begin with a panel discussion featuring 3 past ATHENA of Henderson County Recipients: Barb Morgan (2019), Roxanna Pepper (2017), and Caroline Long (2014), discussing how they embrace celebration in their lives. Celebrate is one of the 8 principles of the ATHENA Leadership Model: live authentically, learn constantly, advocate fiercely, act courageously, foster collaborations, build relationships, give back, and celebrate.

Following the panel discussion, tables will  have time for discussion and group reflection and have the opportunity to share these reflections or questions for further discussion with the group at large. 

Established leaders are encouraged to invite an emerging leader to attend this event. Conversations will happen, lives will be touched, leaders will be inspired, and friendships will be formed.
