Personal Lines Risk Advisor - Hendersonville

ALLCHOICE Insurance is hiring a licensed Personal Lines Risk Advisor for our Hendersonville office.

We are not looking for order takers. We are looking for advisors.
This is a production-driven sales role with agency-provided lead flow, an uncapped escalating bonus structure, and uncapped life insurance commission on top of a $35,000 base salary.

What You'll Do:
- Conduct needs-based conversations with prospects and clients
- Advise clients on personal insurance solutions including auto, home, umbrella, flood, and life insurance
- Work agency-provided leads while proactively building your own referral network
- Prepare and present insurance proposals and follow up consistently through the sales process

Requirements:
- Active North Carolina Property & Casualty License
- Active North Carolina Life Insurance License

This is an in-office role based at 419 Short St, Hendersonville, NC 28739.
Reports directly to Jared Bellmund, Director of Sales & Marketing.
